I qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis with Distinction at both Post-graduate Certificate (PgCert) and Post-graduate Diploma (PgDip) levels, awarded by the University of West London.

I subsequently achieved a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy, at the University of West London.

Already holding a First-class Honours degree in Psychology, I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Diplomate of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) where I am registered as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am also a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of its Hypnosis and Psychosomatic Medicine Section.

In addition I’m registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). CNHC's register is approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). General Medical Council guidance to doctors confirms that they are able to refer patients to practitioners on Accredited Registers.

I’m also an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist providing therapeutic support to the charity’s members and partner beneficiaries. I am subject to Anxiety UK’s regular monitoring of my professional qualifications, supervision, continual professional development, insurance and professional body membership, in addition to complying with the ethical framework and professional standards set down by my governing body (The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis).

I’m honoured and humbled to have won this accolade in recognition of my work, research and commitment in advancing the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool.

Sincere thanks to those who nominated me for this prestigious award, and also to the panel of judges who based their decision on merit, recognizing businesses that demonstrate excellence in their respective fields.

It is my privilege to support clients who are athletes, competing at World Championship level, as well as Team GB Junior World Cup competitors and athletes aspiring to compete in the Olympic Games.

It is equally rewarding to support those clients who, whilst not elite athletes, nonetheless seek help in overcoming psychological and psychosomatic issues, including the various anxiety disorders, in order to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

The Midlands Enterprise Awards recognise outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and celebrate innovation, resilience, and dedication of businesses which are making a significant impact in their markets.

What we think, we become.
